1. 対象と第三者の権利
本許諾は、開発者が権利を有するOp.独自のプログラム、ソースコード、
画面デザイン、画像、ロゴおよび文書（以下「Op.独自部分」）に適用されます。
第三者のライブラリ、コード、素材、フォントその他の構成物は、それぞれの
権利者が定めるライセンスに従います。本許諾は、それらの利用、複製、改変、
再配布、リバースエンジニアリング、ソース入手等の権利や義務を制限・変更しません。
第三者のライセンスと本許諾が抵触する範囲では、第三者のライセンスを優先します。
第三者の表記・ライセンス・ソース入手先は同梱のlicenses/を参照してください。

2. 無料の利用許諾
開発者は、個人および法人その他の組織に対し、開発者が正規に提供する未改変の
Op.を、個人利用および業務利用のために無償でインストール・実行する、
非独占的な権利を許諾します。利用のために必要な複製、自己の端末間の移行、
組織内部での導入、および自己のためのバックアップも認めます。
本許諾の対象版の機能利用に料金や開発支援は必要ありません。
開発支援は完全に任意であり、支援の有無や金額による機能制限・解放はありません。
支援によって、別途の再配布許可、権利の譲渡、保証またはサポート義務は生じません。

3. 許可が必要な行為
第1条の第三者の権利、法令上認められる行為、および利用先プラットフォームの
適用規約が認める行為を除き、開発者の事前の書面または電子的な許可なく、
Op.独自部分について、次の行為は認めません。
・公衆への再配布、転載、販売、再販売、再許諾、または第三者向けの配布物への同梱。
・改変版の作成・配布、ソースコードの他の製品・サービスへの組み込みや再利用。
・逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他のリバースエンジニアリング。
・著作権・ライセンス表記の削除、開発者のなりすまし、公式版との誤認を招く表示。
単にアプリを仕事で使用することは、ここでいう販売・再販売には含みません。

4. ソースコードと名称
ソースコードを閲覧できる場合でも、本許諾はOp.独自部分をオープンソースとして
再利用する許可を与えるものではありません。ただしGitHub等の規約により
認められる閲覧・フォーク等は、その規約の範囲で扱われます。
Op.の名称・ロゴについて、公式の関連・承認を示す権利は許諾しません。
通常の紹介、正規の配布ページへのリンク、および法令上認められる引用等は妨げません。

5. ユーザーデータ
本許諾は、利用者の音楽、動画、メタデータ、ライブラリ、バックアップ等に関する
所有権・著作権その他の権利を開発者へ移転するものではありません。

6. 保証と責任
Op.は現状のまま提供します。法令で義務付けられる場合を除き、開発者は、
商品性、特定目的への適合性、無不具合性、継続提供、特定の音質・再生精度等を
保証しません。法令で許される範囲で、利用または利用不能によって生じた損害に
責任を負いません。ただし開発者の故意・重大な過失に基づく責任、消費者保護法令
その他の強行法規により排除・制限できない権利や責任は除きます。

7. 違反と許諾の終了
Op.独自部分に関する本許諾に違反した場合、開発者は当該部分の利用許諾を
終了することができます。終了した場合は、その部分の利用と追加の複製を
停止してください。利用者自身の音楽・動画・ライブラリ・バックアップ等の
削除は求めません。第三者から独立して与えられた権利は終了させません。

8. その他の許可と権利の留保
本許諾で明示したものを除き、Op.独自部分の権利を留保します。
再配布等の個別の許可は、開発者へ問い合わせてください。

1. Scope and third-party rights
This license applies only to the original Op. programs, source code, interface designs,
images, logos and documentation in which the developer holds rights ("Op. Original
Material"). Third-party libraries, code, assets, fonts and other components retain
their respective licenses. This license does not restrict or change the rights or
obligations those licenses provide, including use, copying, modification,
redistribution, reverse engineering and access to source code. In a conflict,
the applicable third-party license prevails for that material. See the bundled
licenses/ directory for notices, license terms and upstream source locations.

2. Free use
The developer grants individuals and organizations a non-exclusive, royalty-free
right to install and run official, unmodified copies of Op. for personal or business
use. Copies needed for that use, migration between your devices, deployment within
your organization and your own backups are permitted.
No payment or development support is required to use the features of the version
covered by this license. Support is entirely optional; features are neither
restricted nor unlocked according to whether or how much a user contributes.
Support does not create redistribution rights, a transfer of ownership, warranties
or a support obligation.

3. Activities requiring permission
Except for third-party rights described in section 1, activities permitted by law,
and rights granted under an applicable platform's terms, you must obtain the
developer's prior written or electronic permission to do any of the following
with Op. Original Material:
- Publicly redistribute, republish, sell, resell, sublicense or bundle it in a
  distribution intended for third parties.
- Create or distribute modified versions, or incorporate or reuse its source code
  in another product or service.
- Decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer it.
- Remove copyright or license notices, impersonate the developer or misrepresent
  a distribution as official.
Using the application for your work does not itself constitute sale or resale.

4. Source code and identity
Access to source code does not grant an open-source reuse license for Op. Original
Material. Viewing, forking or other rights granted by an applicable platform's
terms, including GitHub's terms, remain governed by those terms.
No right to use Op.'s name or logo to imply official affiliation or endorsement is
granted. Ordinary descriptions, links to official distribution pages and quotation
or other acts permitted by law are not prohibited.

5. User data
This license does not transfer ownership, copyright or other rights in your music,
videos, metadata, library, backups or other user data to the developer.

6. Warranties and liability
Op. is provided as is. Except where required by law, the developer gives no warranty
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of defects,
continued availability, or any particular sound quality or playback accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss arising from
use or inability to use the software. This does not exclude liability for the
developer's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights or liability
that mandatory consumer-protection or other laws do not allow to be excluded or limited.

7. Breach and termination
If you breach this license for Op. Original Material, the developer may terminate
the permission for that material. On termination, stop using it and making further
copies. You are not required to delete your music, videos, library or backups.
Rights granted independently by third parties are not terminated.

8. Reserved rights and other permissions
Rights in Op. Original Material not expressly granted above are reserved.
Contact the developer for separate permission, including redistribution permission.
